School Performance
Data pertaining to school performance or ranking, such as the Academic Performance Index (API) and Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP).
Academic Performance Index (API)
Measures the academic performance and growth of schools by using student test score and demographic data.
Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP)
Required by the federal No Child Left Behind Act; AYP measures the performance of California schools and districts.
California Longitudinal Pupil Achievement Data System (CALPADS)
A system that allows for tracking a student's academic performance over time.
Postsecondary Preparation
Provides standardized test scores from the Scholastic Assessment Test (SAT), American College Test (ACT), and the Advanced Placement Tests (AP) which measure high school students' achievement.
