Data Files
To accommodate multi-user needs, the public school files are posted in three formats; database format, Excel format, and text (semicolon delimited) format. These files are updated daily, therefore, the indicated file sizes are approximates, as the files may change from day to day.
As of November 18, 2008 assembly, senate, and congressional data are no longer contained in these files. For details on modifications, refer to the File Modifications Web page.
Special Note: These files contain schools that are currently open, schools that have been closed, and school codes that have been retired. We are including all schools so you can match school names to prior year files. If you have any questions regarding this file, please call 916-327-0219.
