Community-Based English Tutoring

English instruction for adults who pledge to provide personal English-language tutoring to English learners.
The Community-Based English Tutoring (CBET) Program helps local educational agencies provide free or subsidized programs of English language instruction to parents or other adult members of the community who pledge to tutor English learners.
