August 14 (New; 15-Jul-2008): Release of 2008 Standardized Testing and Reporting (STAR) Program. Data will be pre-released on an embargoed basis.

August 29 (Tentative): Release of Accountability Progress Report (APR) that is comprised of the state Academic Performance Index (API), the federal Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP), and the federal Program Improvement (PI). Data will be pre-released on an embargoed basis.

Mid-September: Release of annual California High School Exit Exam (CAHSEE) results.
