The fourth publisher briefing for the 2008 Reading/Language Arts–English-Language Development (RLA/ELD) Primary Adoption has been scheduled for Thursday, December 6, 2007. Specific meeting information is listed below.

Agenda

The proposed agenda for the meeting is enclosed. This meeting will focus on the standards maps for the 2008 RLA/ELD Primary Adoption for each of the five types of programs. The agenda indicates the approximate time that each program type will be reviewed: standards maps for Programs 1, 2, and 3 will be reviewed in the morning and the standards maps for Programs 4 and 5 will be reviewed in the afternoon.

Who Should Attend

It is expected that those interested in attending this briefing will include:

  • Editorial consultants responsible for developing materials and completing the standards maps for the California submissions
  • Individuals responsible for California sales and marketing

We strongly encourage representatives from the editorial staff to attend as well as special consultants who may be working on your proposed submissions.
