SkillsUSA is a national student organization for secondary and post secondary students, instructors and members of business and industry enrolled in or associated with trade, industrial, and technical education programs. Currently, the California Department of Education provides staff for training the national officers elected each year, assisting in administrative duties at the state conference, as well as coordinating construction contests and leadership events at the state conference.
